Firearm Returns and Inspection

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Firearm Purchases

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. In-store pickup is free for all items. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Changing, Modifying, or Substituting Orders

We like to serve customers best as possible and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have placed an existing order and want to change it we can help you with that. The process is as follows: orders that need modified will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the full amount minus a small fee. Once the customer receives the refund they can replace the order on the website. Grady's WILL NOT place the order for the customer due to fraud and sensitive information that gets exchanged in transactions. At this point the transaction lead times have restarted.

Cancellation and Restocking Fees

Cancellations before shipping will incur a 10% fee. Once the order is shipped, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. All sales are final, including firearms, ammunition, and optics. If an order surpasses 21 days without receiving the requested documents, your order will be canceled.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Shipping is $12.95 for non-firearm items and starts at $19.95 for firearms. Our flat-rate shipping policy only qualifies for the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. If an order is placed outside of the stated perimeters it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee. If an order is for a serialized item or firearm the system will dictate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground, and sales on these items are final. We currently do not ship ammunition to the following states: California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, and Washington D.C., due to state regulations. Please review your local laws before placing an order for ammunition.

Conditions Of Use

Use of the Grady's website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

Affidavit of Customer

• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Grady's is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I am not currently less than eighteen (18) years old.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

Indemnification and Agreement to Defend

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Grady's.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Grady's from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from Grady's, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Grady's and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Grady's.

Class Action Waiver

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

Trademarks

Grady's and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Grady's. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Grady's, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Grady's or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of Grady's. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
