For items we have in-store, there is no transfer fee. However, for FFL-required items picked up in-store, there is a $20 transfer fee, and for Class 3 items, the transfer fee is $50.

Yes, we recommend contacting your local FFL dealer before purchasing any firearm. Your local FFL dealer is responsible for handling the transfer process and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
During checkout, you will be prompted to select an FFL dealer from our list. If your preferred FFL is not listed, you can provide their contact details and have them send their license to us directly. Please make sure your chosen FFL dealer is ready to receive your firearm.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations may incur a 10% fee if processed before shipping. Once the order is shipped, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Please inspect all firearms before completing the FFL transfer, as transferred firearms cannot be returned.
All firearm sales are final once transferred through your FFL. Please thoroughly inspect the firearm at your FFL before completing the transfer. If there are any issues, they must be resolved before the firearm is transferred.
All new firearms are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For any warranty claims or issues, please contact the manufacturer directly. Grady's does not provide warranty services on firearms or accessories.
We currently do not ship ammunition to the following states: California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Washington, Rhode Island, Illinois, and Washington D.C., due to state regulations. Please review your local laws before placing an order for ammunition.
No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to track your order, view your order history, and receive special promotions. It’s highly recommended for frequent shoppers.

If your FFL is not listed in our database, please have your FFL dealer email their license to us at ffl@gradysoutdoors.com. Once received, we will add them to our system for future use.
